Hi All, The other day I found some mascarpone going out cheap so bought a couple of containers of it and now don`t really know just what to do with it, so if anyone has any savoury type recipes using this it would be appreciated. Thanks Sandy

Lots of desserts - including simple ice-cream with sugar blitzed, then frozen banana sections and mascarpone blitzed together.  Have the recipe at home - was on a TV program.

You could use it in pasta dishes - be it as a sauce or pasta bakes - instead of ricotta with chicken recipes

I knew you would come through again TMX`R, that ice cream sounds ok, could you post that recipe for me when you get time. Am just looking at that site you suggested. Thanks again
