Hi. I'm from Mexico. I have bought my Thermomix a few months ago, and it was a life changer, at least at meal time!
I didn't cook very well and didn't like to, but now I use it every day and my family is happier. :)
I'm excited to find more recipes (specially gluten-free, dairy-free ones).

Welcome to the forum, Leila.  It's great the difference the TMX makes to your cooking and there are many recipes here on the forum that you can experiment with.
