Hmm, when I didn't chop my strawberries, I almost broke my machine. I didn't think they were very big, but then realised some were triple the size of ice cubes. So I learnt the hardway and now they're probably unnecessarily small.

Oh yes I remember that. It made a great gift too. How about a yearly confab of Thermomixer is Au. Somewhere warm in the winter like perhaps Cairns. LOL!

Yes, and DD and me tried every recipe in the book and went to every class for about 4 months before we tried converting. Doesn't matter though, its such fun. The proof is all in the tasting.
