Made this tonight, and it was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be doing this recipe again. The kids loved it to which is always a bonus. And was enough to feed 6 people easily with some crusty bread for dipping. yum yum Thanks heaps  ;D

WE ae haivng this as an entree tongiht - its in the TM now.

It looks delieciouis - and there will be left overs for another day.

I made some bread to go with it - but that wasnt as successful as I hoped.

JudyO,  fantastic soup, made it for tea tonight.  I did Judy dawns suggestion re the bacon and onion, it was fine. Very filling and tasty soup. It will be going into my thermomixer folder. Thanks

Thanks JO, made this tonight. Not sure without looking back on past comments if I have made it but don't think I have. Really, really yummy and will definitely make it again and again. Chowder sort of sounds like a light coloured soup, but it because of the sweet potato turns out a nice orangy colour and in all, is very chunky in texture. Delish 5/5

Oh my, another delicious soup, made this for lunch today - I love winter with the  need for soup never ending.  Thanks Julie for sharing - I followed your suggestion re saute onion, garlic and bacon after chopping, the caramelised flavour of the onions went so well with the sweetness of the corn - thanks again!!!!!!  :)  :)

From one curious member ;D  to another CP if you right click on the pic and copy image and paste it onto to word document you can enlarge which helps satisfy some of the nagging curiosity. Julie's avatar enlarges better than most - Judy you appear a bit hazy which I know would be so far from the real life JD but so too for CP's profiterole  :D  :D how's that for a bit of rambling!!!!!!!  ;D  ;D
