Hmm would it matter if I made it with half the chillis? They are super hot!

I've made this a few times in the past months as our chilli bush just keeps producing so many chillies that we and our neighbors cannot keep up with.  Very easy and simply delicious.

One of the few recipes I make every year.  Love it.  Thanks for this great recipe, Thermoconvert.

Thank you for bumping this CP :-* It's a dazzler and I'm not even that fond of chilli  ;D
I made a half quantity with a mix of fresh chilli and chilli flakes (2 chillies and 4 t chilli flakes from memory). It set beautifully and tastes amazing. A small jar has already disappeared amidst exclamations of how wonderful it tastes.

I make this recipe year round.
Delicious and easy.
I usually use the larger milder chillis if I can.

When I shopped last week they had an offer on chillies. With my bargains I made this sauce. The little bottle is a present for a friend as a thank you as she sourced some Anchovy paste for me.

I'm sure she will appreciate it Denise.  I gave some of the products from my plum cooking to friends who visited Geoff yesterday, they were going home to use both that night!  It's nice to share our spoils, then we can make more pantry/fridge items a lot sooner.  I really enjoy making these types of things in the Thermomix, they'd never get made if it wasn't for him  ;D

I also love this sauce.
Do a lot of swapping of sauces and jams.
Friend gave me a bottle of Apricot and mango chutney. Very nice.

Good one Denise This is an easy sauce to find homes for as I know no-one who makes this sauce except us TMX owners.
