Good to hear it all went well - my brother went in for appendicitis and they discovered it was his gall bladder at fault.

Someone I knew went in fro gall stones and developed complications with pancreatitis and never came out  :( :(  :o Glad it all turned out OK.

Rest up and no fatty foods.

Always look on the bright side.... :-)) :-)) :-))  It is always a worry though, not routine surgery as they have you believe.

I guess every patient offers a whole range of variables at each surgery. 

Thanks Meagan.  I hope so too. Miss 3 was suffering cabin fever today so decided to tackle the walk to the closest park, which on the way back became clear it wasn't close enough :-)) :o  And Ms Independence here isn't coping not being able to drive :-[ LOL
