Perfect on rainy day.  Just baked a batch with frozen raspberry and white choc.  Yum!

We were given a packet of Tim Tams over the weekend and we are trying to be really good and not eat them. I might chop them up and put them into the muffins. Not too sure how rational that thinking is, but it seems a good idea.  ???
