I made these today, using Karen's home-grown raspberries and white choc chips.
My sister called and said she was coming over later today, so I wanted something fast, easy and using ingredients on hand. My DH and I have shared one (mandatory taste test!) and they taste lovely.

Made another batch just now.
I love that these muffins need little planning and can be made at the spur of the moment 😄

Loved these. It's a fabulous recipe. I used white choc chips and blueberries. They are just perfect eaten warm from the oven or after 10secs in the microwave. Thanks CP.

CP , fab recipe. Thanks. I got up early and made 2 trays of these for the CFA people who are on stand by for fires today.
These must be fool proof as I am not a good cake cook. I used dark chocolate chips and Jostaberries in one lot and double chocolate chip in other lot.

I must make these, since we got given a big container of blueberries from our neighbours bushes. I was wondering what to do with them. Not that today is a good day for baking here: forecast to be 42 degrees

Took the muffins to the Fire Station. You would have thought I was Father Xmas!! I sealed each in a plastic bag.
On fire ban days they have to wait at the station all day, waiting for a call out. No fires so far today but they are worried about over night.
I have been asked to cater for Sunday. Will do a range of fresh sandwiches and a couple of cakes. Will see how they liked the Muffins. Might make some more, easy recipe and very nice. Also some fresh fruit.
