Karen,  we also love this.  Easy in the TMX and not much mess.
Made this today, and it is the most gorgeous jam!  We have a glut of raspberries from our garden, and some nectarines from the farmers market, so we gave it a try as a possible treat to include with christmas presents - beautiful!  I only used 1 dessertspoon of the Jamsetta, and after adding it, cooked for another 10 mins at 100 degrees, and it set just as I like it.  Thanks so much chookie for another winner!

Hello all! Just wanted to say Hi and report that we have just made a double batch of this recipe and the results are awesome. Just tested some on ice-cream for dessert  ;D
Doubled it all up it is 'just' fit in the bowl. Had a bit of over flow and splattering but once I turned the basket over with the base up (hubbies bright idea) it was all good. Second batch is now almost done now too  :)
Looking forward to sampling the results on pancakes for breakfast in the morning.

Nectarine and Raspberry Jam

Love this recipe chookie. It works perfectly every time. I'm not much of a jam maker but I have made three batches this week using plums instead of nectarines and frozen raspberries. I don't like jamsetta and left it out, using two dessert spoons of lemon juice instead. I cook for 10minutes longer as raspberries were frozen. Perfect and thank you.

Kimmyh, looks good. I can see you are on a jam roll!!! Home made jam is so much nicer than the bought stuff.

Followed Kimmys example and used this recipe to make plum and raspberry jam.  I increased both the lemon juice and the jamsetta to 1 tablespoon, and ended up with a really lovely tasting jam (not too sweet) with just the right texture that I like.

Will be making this again for sure.  Thanks again chookie for a super-versatile recipe!

Love it when members can use what fruit is available.  Great effort Karen.

Thank you Chookie for a great recipe.  I have made several batches of this jam, the last being with peaches.  So easy and yum!!

Today I am collecting together all the bits of berry fruit sitting in fridge and making a version of this.  Should be OK.

I'm sure it will be delicious.
