Oh yum.  This looks delicious.  I've got the family coming for lunch tomorrow and this will be just perfect.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks Chelsea.

I've got these in the oven as we speak.  How do you think they will freeze after cooked as I'm sure DH and I will only have 1/2 of one each?

You will be eating them for a week JD!!! I think they should freeze ok as they are similar to pasties which freeze really well.  :)

Took a full one around to Mum, popped the spare one in the freezer.  Lovely recipe thanks Chelsea.

I made these tonight even though I was missing half the ingredients. I substituted the capsium, celery and shallots for some broccoli and half an onion (I did have a carrot :)).  They were very yummy. I told DH about the dip idea and he tasted the mix and ended up cleaning the bowl and spatula.  ;)  ;D

lol the dip idea is thanks to twitterpateds hubby if i remember....but was very successful at our place!!  i just mixed it up really well so you didnt get too much crunchy raw taste...i have decided though that the cream cheese really does add something extra to a dish, in a sauce, mix or whatever...
