Hi Toni, welcome to this wonderful site:)

I am also from Perth up in the hills, its great to hear how much you enjoy your Thermomix and especially from a naturopaths point of view.

I am looking forward to reading your posts and perhaps meeting up with another Perthie one day:)

Blessings

Welcome Toni! I also have an asian inspired sauce that I use for fish. I had fish done this way at a Malay Restaurant and came home and copied it as best I could. I have made it for years, so time to drag it out again. It wasn't made for the TMX, so I'll have to experiment. It is steamed, so should work well.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
