Vegetable soup with bacon & pasta

I've made a batch this morning myself, I added some of Tenina's flavour boosters this time - caramelized garlic paste and a cube of umami paste, both the last in the jar/packet so a good way to use them up.

Made this for dinner tonight. Too many veges for TMX so made it on the stove. Added some curry powder for kick. Absolutely delish. Definitely make again.

Made this today for lunch it was yummy. I too added my own pizza sauce (Thermomix of course) and I also added an extra rasher of bacon which I had chopped and quickly crisped up in the microwave  I also added Risoni instead of pasta shells and added a leek with the veggies, it was a super soup. I made edmundkostewicz's Yummy Crunchy Rolls to go with it, I love these rolls as they cook from a cold oven, its so hard to find a warm spot to prove bread at the moment

On another note I just spell checked this before posting and it told me I had spelt Thermomix incorrectly it wanted me to change it to Thematics

This soup is delicious I am eating a bowl full right this minute!

I used carrots, cabbage and frozen corn as that is all I had and macaroni pasta, 1tbs of vegetable stock, 2 rashers of bacon.

What a delicious soup !  I made it tonight for dinner but left out the pasta as I find it becomes a little gluggy in soup . It's very tasty and I highly recommend it. Hubby ate 3 bowls to my one and he's not a great soup lover. Will certainly be a regular dish over the coming winter.

I personally don't feel the pasta goes Gluggy...just thickens the soup to how we like it.
You could always add more veg instead of the pasta though

It's so delicious in fact , that I'm going to whip up some more today and sneak in a bowl whilst Hubby is at work 

I really have no idea how I got along before l had my Thermomix  ??

Michele that looks so inviting.  Love soup weather although I have been know to eat it at any time unless it's in the high 30's.
