Bacon & cheese rolls

welcome to the forum karen F. love the shape of the roll in your blog, how did you do that its perfect ?

    Have no idea, Uni ./ . . can only wait and see when she comes on to confirm or not . . .the smallest one is 7 inches - still a bit big but the shape is right (I think!)

This may sound stupid but how do I make these into scrolls? Do I roll out then  cheese and bacon after second rise  then roll into a log and cut? 
I made then before but not with this recipe. Help please

I'm guessing you would do the second rise after you've cut them, but I'm no expert so you probably shouldn't listen to me 😉

Made them this morning and  as I had no replies to my SOS I followed my instinct and did exactly as you said and they were perfect.
Much nicer than the previous recipe that I used.  My DD asked me to make them as she is hosting a birthday party for my GD 5 years on sunday so been cooking all day. Done now  thanks for your advice

Huge hit here as well, my Miss almost 4 loves the bakers delight ones so was VERY impressed with them, I did cheese and pineapple for Miss 6.
