Made Chookie's Tangelo Marmalade yesterday and we had some on our toast this morning.  Really, really lovely.  Am going to make more in the coming days to give to family.  Thanks Chookie, keep recipes like this coming.  :D

I'm cooking my Salmon and Spinach Pasta for lunch. Mum and step-dad have been enjoying cooked lunches or leftovers lately, rather than sandwiches :)

I have christened my Devil of a Cookbook by making the Coffee and Date muffins. They look and smell great, but no taste test yet.
I'm about to go and post a review ;)

Here's a photo of my salmon and spinach pasta too, which mum and step-dad had for lunch ;D
