Out for Lunch.  Cooked a  Rodini Loaf,  to take with us , which has a topping of cheese , Black pepper and garlic. Will post recipe if anyone is interested.

This is different to the one already posted,  and I can list amounts. of topping ingredients.

Making moroccan lamb for tea. For lunch I just sampled the strawberry jam I made last night with some homemade bread and some butter I just whipped up (definitely making that all the time, so quick and easy and so delicious!) :D  Feeling bad now because I ate all the bread. Oh well, will have to make some more :)

Obbie I love it!!  ;D TBH I haven't used it all that much over the past week as we've been having an 'eat all the leftovers in the freezer' week, but I've still been making bread, and obviously butter and jam.  Will be whipping up some cheese and bacon rolls for the littlies at playgroup this week and some scones for us big kids  ;)

Uni, the curried tuna sauce is so delicious why would you want to use bechamel?.  If you think it wouldn't be thick enough you could just add another egg.

Today GS helped to make maddy's little lemon puddings then I made asha's Pasta with meatballs as GS loves meatballs - 2 Nigella recipe conversions today.

Today I made Isi's Very Normal Bread as a loaf, really pleased with it. Also a batch of tikka paste, Amy's choc chip muffins, and I have beef marinating to make johnro's gourmet beef casserole for dinner tonight.
Best loaf I've made yet, so have to post a pic.

Yes he is a happy, funny little fellow and brightens our day Robyn.  He likes to help in the garden too so that's a bonus.

OOh I just unpacked gardening stuff, kids gloves, adult bright gloves, spray packs.

They should sell well, My DH does the gardening, I do the cooking.. ;D ;D

Good for kids to get out in the fresh air, and dirt...

Have made some more bread, I don't know where it goes in this house, they must eat it or something. Then an Apple Risotto for sweets tonight and we do need some berry cordial.
