Love the cake Karen.

It has taken me all day but I've at least finished the birthday cake.  For what ever reason my DD likes spiders.  The little cake pops took me forever to do.

Thanks ladies, DD turned 2 today.  I hate to think what she will pick as a cake when she is older.  Buttercream is so easy in the TM.

Off to bed for me, more cooking tomorrow but at least the most important thing is done.

Another wonderful cake - we should have a birthday cake section, what do you reckon girls?

It is a strange thing for a 2 year old girl to like keiramax and you certainly have made her a little beauty. I agree with the popcakes - so fiddly but yours look great.  I am hopeless at this sort of thing.

I hope she has had a lovely birthday and enjoys her party.

I definitely think so. There are so many talented ladies (ahem haven't seen any gentlemens contributions yet). You can get so many ideas from a special thread rather than finding a random photo in amongst it all. Maybe the thread should be called "Celebration Cakes - Photo's Only (no comments please)".  or perhaps Decorative Cakes...Too many feedback comments will make it harder for those who need the inspiration. These ladies are so clever  :-*

I agree completely CP - will start one now but the latest photos will have to be added by those who posted them as I can't transfer photos.

OK, the new thread is up so who is going to be the first to post their masterpiece?
