One of our neigbours gave me a stack of lemons yesterday. I've been making lemon curd today but hardly made an impression on my bounty!

My chocolate delight (in cakes) again. it is delicious you should try it. DD asked for another batch.
This time I crushed the flakes in the  , and mixed in the dry Ingres on reverse.

Melted  butter in  m'wave and stirred in mix. Y hand. Bit leass washing up.

Have measured out stuff for malt bread, recipe thanks to CC and Chookie. Have got fruit soaking overnight in tea. Will make tomorrow.

Today I am going to make a batch of buns and some chicken soup to take to an old couple who are both suffering with the flu, poor things.

Not much cooking today, I made Amy's mini quiches (again), and now have dinner going in the TMX. I did juice & zest some lemons for the freezer, does that count? 😊😊

I made the musk cupcakes today



I crushed up mini musk lollies and added to the vanilla cake batter, and then I made the roses from musk stick lollies.....I was so pleased they worked out
