Have finally got pasta making figured out - hooray.  What would I do without google!!! Tonight we had squid linguine (actually homemade fettuccine) from the seafood book.  It was just lovely.  Not a great deal happening in the kitchen otherwise today - some stewed apple and custard for lunch and that's about it.

I know how you feel Karen! We had 54 at a Back to Basics class last night - with a team on the night that only the GL and one other consultant had ever done classes before - the rest of us were all new!! Have just helped my GL at a demo for 10 people this morning. Feeling very brain fried but a lot more knowledgeable with it  :P
