I've made some bread, more crio concentrate and hope to do the Tahitian bread recipe for the 80 recipes. It's raining so I feel like baking but the cupboard is full of cakes. The freezer is about to burst. :'( :'(

Blueberry buttermilk cakes - I have a new square cupcake pan I want to try out.  Was also going to try and make some grisini from in the mix but I think I will run out of time

Today I've made Amy's mini quiches & maddy's cheese & bacon rolls, so lunch boxes are sorted for the week. Tonight we're having tomato & salami fettucine from the EDC. Need something quick & easy after swimming lessons.
Love the sound of the hoisin chicken JD!

DS will eat cake anytime he can. :)
DD doesn't like Cake much, But she wants to take some to school so they can sing her Happy Birthday, (which was Saturday)

DD loves the icing...

Fair enough Robyn ;D

The icing used to be my favourite bit too, especially when my mum used to make my birthday cakes. I should post some photos of the cakes she made me when I was little... :)

That looks good JD. Did you use spinach or Taro leaves? Is the recipe on the forum?
