Uni how did you get your caramel slice out of the tin so cleanly without lining the tin.

shame on me. neighbor came through the back gate today looking for something nice to eat and I didn't have anything. told him to come back tomorrow and I will have some biccies. looking forward to cooking dede's choc chip tomorrow. love making things for people who really appreciate it. 2 Eastern Stater kids coming home this weekend, and have promised them lots of food. Yay!

Did you do them in the thermomix Zada? I love chocolate eclairs. I don't make them very often or piggy me eats them all. I have the weakest will power in the household.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thank you. I was very pleased that I managed to get the pastry out if the tin without it all crumbling. I love it when I see quiches with sides :)
