shame on me. neighbor came through the back gate today looking for something nice to eat and I didn't have anything. told him to come back tomorrow and I will have some biccies. looking forward to cooking dede's choc chip tomorrow. love making things for people who really appreciate it. 2 Eastern Stater kids coming home this weekend, and have promised them lots of food. Yay!

Did you do them in the thermomix Zada? I love chocolate eclairs. I don't make them very often or piggy me eats them all. I have the weakest will power in the household.

Thank you. I was very pleased that I managed to get the pastry out if the tin without it all crumbling. I love it when I see quiches with sides
