Just made 2 roasted vege lasagnas (sp??) Was going to make "Not Margarine" from the Rainbow Recipes book, well I did and it didn't work. Gross! Made it before so not too sure what the problem was. Except maybe the polenta was out of date by ... oh ... a loooooong time  :-[  Ooops.
Also have a couple of bits of pork belly roasting in some yummy tomatoey/beany/bacon mixture. Smells divine!
All for dinner tomorrow night - going out to friends for tea ... and I just realised I'm cooking for it.  ???
One day I will be invited out for dinner to some one else's house and I won't have to cook. One day.

Just baked Apples for dinner,  stuffed with prunes soaked in brandy.  Sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar and orange juice.
Also Crock pot chicken legs in Chinese sauce,  sort of Judy's recipe.

CC, DH bought 4 of these cast iron dishes for me.  (I was too mean to buy them) ;D ;D ;D  They are Le Creuset , have lids, match the big ones I have,  and are the same colour.

I have a bit of Le Crueset and a good saucepan set. Every time DH got a speeding fine I would treat myself. Didn't take long to get a nice little collection of good cookware. DH eventually lost his license and then had to get an extra ordinary license. His speeding cost a lot of money, but I still have the cookware and use it all the time  ;)
