GD turns 13 tomorrow so I have been doing some of the baking for the party.

Have made 24 bimby chocolate cup cakes with purple frosting (she is having a purple party), 24 jelly cakes, 24 mushroom biscuits and a sponge.

Then made a chicken and veg pie for dinner tonight.  I managed to take a good slice off the top of my thumb with the knife when I was dicing the chicken.  Fortunately there are no extra bits in the chicken but boy is the thumb throbbing.

Easily done Margaret, hope it has stopped throbbing.  Would love to see what mushroom biscuits look like.

That all looks amazing Wonder, a job well done!

I was going to do a lot today but unfortunately I have a very bad hormonal headache that isn't going away anytime soon so the kids and I watched a movie and now they are playing outside before we go to the IL's for dinner I hate days when I don't use my tm  :(

Jelly cakes.  They still need to be creamed yet.  Will do that tomorrow before we go.

Bimby chocolate cup cakes with purple frosting (for a purple party)

I'm still getting the hang of this decorating but I'm sure the kids won't mind  :)
