I made a choc caramel slice, with white choc on top.

crumbed sausages for DS
American brownies again
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Not much today still got that darn headache so
 choc ripple biscuits
Sticky finger/London buns (my second attempt at something 'bready') was meant to make almond and custard scrolls but will do it this week

when I'm feeling better I will attempt real bread

Oh wow Gert! I think I might need to make lamb shanks asap! Cranberries sound like a nice touch of flavour too.

I'm waiting for my Thermovixen's red velvet cupcakes to cool so I can ice them -inspired by Maddy! Fingers crossed they look OK for my sister's b'day cakes!

Also made choc chip cookies, Madeira cake, Amy's choc chip muffins, passion fruit slice and just finishing of a banoffee pie (first time I have made one) hope it turns out ok :)

Big bowl  of salad  not in the pic. I had mostly salad. He ate two. I could not believe it.

Gert...yum, haven't had shanks in eons!

just finishing of a banoffee pie (first time I have made one) hope it turns out ok :)

I was contemplating making that for dessert tonight.....but think I'm baked out now  :P

I let  him out of the cage three times a Week whether he is hungry  or not. Seems fair.
