Maddy,  beautiful photos of YUM food. ;D

Gert, out for lunch at the local pub last week.  I had Lamb Shanks.and mash.  Delicious,  looked much like your beauties,  cost a fortune.

Made Shashliks with rice which I cooked in TMX.  Rump steak marinated in Sweet Chilli sauce. Put onion, tomato, mushrooms and pineapple on sticks.

Shashliks sound good.  Even in a pub the Lamb shanks can be expensive.  We do usually have them out but these were cheap so too easy. Cooed them three hours yesterday in my slow cooker which is called an oven then three hours  today  the same.

Not long now.

Are shashliks like kebabs?

Today I made vanilla cupcakes, with crushed oreo's mixed through the mixture, for a friends birthday tomorrow

My first time at decorating cupcakes.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
