Lamb shanks with cranberries.

Not good looking but DH doesn't care.

Gert

The shanks look great Gert.  I love both shanks and cranberries so this would be great. :)

Today I made vanilla cupcakes, with crushed oreo's mixed through the mixture, for a friends birthday tomorrow

My first time at decorating cupcakes.

Lovely looking cakes jeninwa.  I haven't tried making them with oreos yet.

I hav e replentished the biscuit barrel. I made a batch of chocolate orange refrigerator biscuits, cranberry and choc chip biscuits and a muesli slice. My oven is playing up again and the slice cooked for a lot longer than it should have. Luckily it tastes OK and the kids have a piece in their lunchboxes today.

i have garlic growing too - I planted some local garlic that was sprouting in the cupboard several weeks ago, and most of it seems to have come up. Can't wait for it to grow  :-))
