Tenina's cheese bread. The club members really loved it.

Rich Beef & Red Wine casserole done in the slow cooker.  Recipe is from best recipes.

Chookies Malt Loaf is just out of the oven.  Can't wait for it to cool so I can have some, the smell is lovely.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Thanks Den :) Is the rhubarb and strawberry soup a dessert?

Yes it is Amy.  You can have it either hot or cold. It is one of Tenina's recipes from her website. In winter I serve it hot with a small scoop of good quality vanilla gelare.

I imagine it would go well with porridge soup too ;D

Nazar I don't use the cutting board very much as a friend made it for  me and it weighs nearly a ton. I use it to serve bread on when people are round though. I have to remember to bring it out when he comes round. It's about 45cm long and at least 30cm wide.

I have the same sort of cutting board too.

Too heavy to use much. :)

Cookie, thanks :)

Can you buy that cheese at supermarkets or do I have to find a specialist shop?

On the list for our return from Singapore. I just love making any bread. DH has to stop me, we have so much on the go! ???
