Soup for my lunch. Pasta with tomato, garlic and leek sauce for mum and SD's lunch. Garlic, herb and mustard chicken casserole in the slow cooker for dinner. Going to make a cake or something later.

Maddy cute cupcakes!

I made carrot cake (from the forum) with a maple syrup cream cheese frosting (same thread of this forum).

And my old faithful thin and crispy pizza dough (from....you guessed it the forum!!!) pizza's prepped in the fridge to pop in oven after church tonight.m I've lost count of the number of times I've made that pizza dough!

Made Tenina's Craisin & Pistachio Shortbreads today, similar to the red & green shortbreads.  These are lovely, made 19 nice sized biscuits. :)

Snap JulieO . I am about to make those biscuits right now. I've just taken a couple of small pies out of the oven and have some more bread rising to take away.

Just made the mushroom sauce.  The recipe you sent Judy, is very similar to the EDB one so I combined them a bit.
The result is the colour and consistency of vomit and tastes pretty ordinary.
I'm making another batch in the frypan now which is looking much better.

Just took Grets Stilton and leek bake out of the oven. Also added a little feta, tomato and parsley
