Aussiebrenda did you roast the wings first and then keep all the meat on the bones for the stock powder?  I was wondering if I should remove the meat and use it for sandwiches or something.

This is the first time I have stuffed pasta like this, normally do lasagna, caneloni, spaghetti etc.

This is spinach & ricotta, next batch will be meat.

My question is will they split open whislt cooking?

Thanks, just cooked one, perfect & delicious, using home made ricotta is a bonus tate too. Ext time it will e garden spinach as well :)

Now have to make a sauce, creamy or tomato, i think a passata woukd be best. Just have to make more ice cream :)

DS will have meat filled ones :)
