Kids back at school tomorrow so just whipping up a few things for their lunch box. I really can't be bothered today, but I would rather cook it than buy it :)

I have just made some of Tenina's gingernuts from her blog. Wow, the flavour is amazing. I didn't leave all of them in the oven to crunch up as DD doesn't like hard biscuits. I also used damp baking powder when I flattened the biscuits too as it stopped them sticking.

Oops. I'm on the iPad and I don't know how to correct my previous post. It is baking paper you use, not baking powder to flatten the biscuits. I'm on tapatalk, does anyone know how to go and fix a muddled post please?

Cookie you just need to tap on your own post and the option will pop up to edit your own post. You can then fix the problem. I quiet often have to do it when I re read my post and find mistakes :)

Had a real cooking bug since retreat, love trying things in CP's book. Really lucky Jens grandkids eat everything. Kitchen looks like a swarm of locusts have gone through when they have left. ;D ;D ;D
Freezer getting full though with meals and cakes. :) :) :)

As bugs go, the cooking one is a good one to fall victim to. Just taken cake out of the oven, tested it, and it looks delish. Will ice a bit later and looks like DD24 has a cake to take to work
