Jam looks good Uni.
Yesterday made lemon curd for the neighbours and this morning I made spiced fruit scrolls from QFITTM.
About to make a batch of limoncello melting moments from Cookie's recipe from the retreat.

No I haven't frozen the dough but will give it a go today as these are DH's favourite bikkies and workmates.
I'm sure it would freeze well.

Thanks girls.
These are the melting moments. Didn't realise until I looked at the photo what a poor job I did putting in the filling - it's everywhere.

i promised myself i was not going to make any more jam until the year 2020

this jam is made with the peel only

Does it taste like jam or marmalade Uni?

Michele I wanted to make Cookie's limoncello biscuits too but I ended up drinking all the limoncello before I got around to it :-))

LOL - I didn't have any of Uni's left, had to buy a bottle. I got 2 buckets of lemons for $1.99 so will have to see about making some limoncello.
