I'm leaving for Cairns now, save me some pizza. :)

Judy the biscuits were called Lace biscuits. They are made from chomped almonds, oats, sugar, honey and 1 tablespoon flour. The recipe said to put 2 teaspoons of the batter onto the tray, I only pur one but they still spread and joined up. They are lovely though. Next time I'll put about a half or quarter do a teaspoon of batter.

Maybe they mean you to only do one or two biscuits at a time Cookie (the way brandy snaps are cooked).

Made another successful sourdough loaf today. DH used some of chookie's lemon dust (ours is lime dust) as part of a wonderful duck dish. It's a beautiful day in Perth so we had a cocktail by the pool. DH made a Bloody Mary -used his chilli vodka -boy was it hot!!!  Habanero and naga chillies make for a biting drink.

Gert, pizzas look great :) :) :)

Had a fun day of cooking
started off with 2 carrot cakes, haven't iced them yet
2 batches of citrus curd
2 batched of sweet chilli sauce
Amandas bikkies
then cooked Corned beef and veges in varoma

had friends pop in so we made pizzas for lunch, so easy and quick
and just taken out dried lemon from dehydrator and put a stack more in

From yesterday: Thin and crispy pizza, pizza sauce, chicken fried/cooked in Tikka Paste.
(Will update later with links)

Today just soda Farls (not in Thermomix), and now out for dinner.

It's really a lovely cake, moist and quick.
Haven't had any for ages though, keep giving them to friends.
