I don't have to cook today, made soup yesterday and have other leftovers to get rid of.

Just finished icing the cupcakes! They're white chocolate with strawberry cream cheese frosting :D
Made 40 of these ;)
They look fantastic DFD.  :D   Who is getting the benefit of these beautiful cupcakes?

You sure do have a lot of will power to bake all the time and not even have a taste.

There are six people at my mum's work who have their birthday this week... so its a big combined birthday morning tea :)

I won't even taste the batter before I put cakes in the oven.... I get mum to do it :-)) ;D

I'm thinking I might just take her shopping and let her choose something herself :-\

Do you think its silly to be making a cake for her birthday which I've never tried making before?

Have baked the sourdough one loaf is better than the other.  Also made a carrot cake, have to ice that yet.

Such will power Amy, if I had not tasted the carrot cake mix I would have baked it without any sugar  ???

A shopping day together would be lovely and a nice lunch out - That would be the sort of thing I would like.

You will be able to pull the cake off Amy, you're a fabulous cook although you will have to get SD to try the batter for you not mum  :D

I actually haven't really used my Thermomix for a while and it is kind've liberating tbh. I've been trying some recipes from Michelle Bridges 12week body transformation. They are quick, easy and healthy for the most part. I'm not strict on portion size or using low fat since I am pregnant however so far, I am enjoying it.

I'm sure she will love that you made it for her. Plus if its ozzy-DJ' recipe from the forum it will be very delicious

Chicken tomato and feta patties with cauliflower cheese for dinner. Now I've got a batch of yoghurt on the go.
