Profiteroles and ginger nuts for afternoon tea.

After a failed EDC choux pastry I found CP's recipe on the forum and it worked a treat.

I'm glad you found the recipe DD, for ;) next time you will have it in the retreat book. those ginger nuts also look very nice - very uniform in size. I'm very impressed.

I made 4 huge pizzas yesterday.. yummy
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Karen I got it from the official recipe community site here. It is actually Chilli and Ginger Biscuits but I just leave the chilli out because most people don't like it.  I usually substitute the ground ginger for about 1.5-2cm of peeled fresh ginger which I blitz first before  adding the other ingredients.

I have just made some more choc chip cookies for DH at work (lets hope they get there this time!!) and a chicken casserole for tomorrow nights dinner.  :D
