Well done snappy, they look great. I've found Mara's recipe is great although mine always stuck as well.

Did you enjoy the pizza MJ?
Loved them Yvette! I also tried a gluten free base and ended up with what I'd say is a lovely flaky paratha!
Will have to keep experimenting.

Pizzas are just so quick in the machine.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Made a loaf of bread,  based on Helene's , Dark Rustic Thermomix Bread.  Very easy and rose quickly.
