I cooked a zucchini slice, cannelloni with tomato sauce from the forum and a sweet risotto with strawberries and pistachios from the recipe community.  The risotto was very nice. The only problem was the cook kept drinking the lemoncello that was meant to go in with the rice. :o

Great cake Maddy, delicious

Made pizza for lunch with dough from freezer.
A great freezer experiment.
Defrosted overnight in fridge, put to rise this morning, took longer because so cold.
Made for lunch, big hit.
Here is one left going in freezer for DS Sunday lunch as we've been invited out.

Caramel Apple Pudding and Belgium Lemon Teacake.

Bumping as caramel apple in the oven now.
Used honey as had no GS.

Will report later
