LOL
I was about to say NOTHING, as we went out to a delicious lunch but then I remembered I baked 3 loaves this morning after an overnight proofing in fridge. Very successful. See my long bread thread in bread called sponge dough.

I wonder how they would freeze Uni.  Here's a thread where we talked about that a while back.

Just googled game chips as I had never heard of them and I didn't realise quite what your potato thingies were Uni.  I see now my idea of freezing them was a bit stupid if they are like potato chips, air tight containers obviously the way to go.

Was meant to be working but have got sidetracked and cooked vanilla slice, chocolate tart and no fuss bread all from this site. Will try and post photos later today when they are all finished.

Attempting to convert the Banana Bread recipe from Exclusively Food website (it was delicious last week using traditional methods) so I thought I'd try it in the Thermie. I know there's already quite a few banana bread recipes on here but I really like this one.
