zucchini quiche Hally :)

Sometimes I cut in half length ways scoop out the flesh, chop it up, add garlic, Onions, tomato, S&P, and stirfry that.
steam the hollowed out zucchini in varoma.   add back to serve.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Stuffed zucchini
Zucchini ribbons in a stirfry
Zucchini stuffed chicken breasts (sort of like in FSA)
Zucchini crepes ... yum
Zucchini and noodle slice

.....
can you tell I had a zucchini overload last year, and it is looking promising again for this year??  ;)

Hally, these zucchini fritters look nice.

More ideas.

I see you haven't tried farfallina's Creamy Zucchini Sauce.  Perhaps you could make some of that and freeze the excess.

My favourite way to use excess zucchini is to hand grate it with carrot and stir fry in butter until soft.  It reduces right down so you need to start with quite a bit of mixture.

Was just going to put I don't mind posting the zucchini crepes recipe if anyone is interested, they are so yum, even the kids devour them. BUT.... I can't remember how I did it in TM so it will be a non-TM recipe.  :-))
