Banana Choc Chip Muffins - This was a WW recipe and it made so many, 12 regular size, 24 mini muffins and then had to fill 3 silicon cupcake moulds. The regular size are for DH's lunches and I took a dozen mini to DSD's work for morning tea and gave a dozen to the next door neighbours. Didn't want to freeze any as the freezer is in a good place at the moment.

My mouth is watering Robyn.

I made the chicken in yoghurt from the robogourmet app for dinner as the family always enjoys it. While we were eating dinner, I popped JD's cheats sourdough rolls in the oven. They had risen nicely, but my oven was in a foul mood. The temp obviously kept increasing as they cooked. They are flat and far too brown. The bread inside is fine, but the crust is too far gone to be pleasant to eat. I really must call someone to look at my oven. :(

I'm off to Obbie's as her Christmas pudding looks fabulous and I love Christmas pud. I also love mulberries, and can almost taste that jam on pancakes for brekky  I'll go via Uni's and polish off some dessert ;)
