Doesn't sound like much fun Wonder.  With a week like that, I'm guessing you'll be glad when its over.

No cooking for me today or probably all week. Big days at work and night meetings all week.

May the week go quick for you :)

Unfortunately the project I'm managing has just ramped up to the next level and it will only keep getting busier until mid Feb when we meet all the deadlines - I always get grumpy and a little depressed at this time of year when managing this project, I get to this point and the reality of the timing and volume of work ahead always hits me. I've had two years off managing it so I think it sems a little worse this time around, but we'll get through it.

Oooohhhh I have a list of about 30 things, feeling much less pain, but must control myself or I will be back to square one.

I want to make myself a birthday cake for mum and SD to eat for me. Going to look in the lovely baking book that Mich sent me :D :D

I bet they will taste delicious Chookie!
Will you be putting the recipe on here or on your blog?  Please  ;D ;D ;D

I was going to make some mustard fruits using Maggie Beer's recipe for mustard apricots, but I need to find some fresh horseradish first.
