I've got visitors coming so I'm cooking a pork loin roast and a turkey roll in the weber with jacket potatoes. One of my guests is bringing salads to go with it - she wanted to bring the whole meal but we compromised. Desserts done - lime pannacotta, lemon myrtle ice-cream and I'm going to do some balsamic strawberries if I remember (otherwise will serve it with mango) for our trio of desserts. Off to make some bread rolls.

Me too, sounds wonderful. Is your Weber gas or the coals Judy? We have a coal one and I haven't used it for ages though I remember the meat used to taste so good.

Sounds like a delicious menu JD. Your guests should be very happy.
I've got some bread rising in the TMX now but might tackle one of Tenina's Christmix recipes this afternoon - question is, which one do I do first? They all sound great.
