I've made a couple of loaves of bread, some icecream and some Cherry and Almond biscuits.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I don't think I would put eggs into the mixture Uni but see what the others think. What's the white thing sitting on top?

Are you going to fill the cob loaf Uni?

Mum use to do this with left over cake crumbs, I haven't followed her recipe  exactly this time as I had carrot cake muffins that DH said were dry and some banana and choc chip muffins.

Used 3 cups of crumbs whizzed in the TMX added 2 eggs, 100gms butter, 75 gms of brown sugar, 1tsp vanilla paste, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp mixed spiced and a splash of milk. Mixed together baked at 180 for about 10 minutes.

DH has given them the thumbs up.

Yum, that icecream cake looks wonderful!

I'm having a go at KFC tonight, with potato wedges and beetroot salad - kids seem to like that better than coleslaw at the moment.

The little kids at playcentre made meringues today, so I brought home some yolks, and have made some lemon curd - cooked a bit longer this time and seems to be a bit less runny  :)

Very clever idea with the cookies mcmich.  Lovely cake Robyn.
It must be bickie day. I just made dens sesame sunflower chic chip cookies and they turned out great. Lighter in color as only had normal SR flour but still yummy.
