Well my plans for a big cook up, gone, absolutely no freezer space >:(

We are having freezer meals for dinner as I had to remove them to fit my meat in. Cant believe I orderd a whole pig instead of 1/2, thats a huge amount of extra space to find :)

About an extra 25kgs of meat.

 :)

The meat is in the freezer, well most of it.

Just a few meals for today & tomorrow.

Forgt to mention the huge bag of beef bones to make stock. That is in the fridge so a lot of stock making on sunday.

These http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/8022/fruity-christmas-biscotti

For my hampers.
Used vine fruits ( posh raisins)" almonds and dried cranberries.
Think I should have used more spice.

6 bags of 8 biscotti with few left over for us.
So easy.

DH made bacon and egg pie. This would have to be his signature dish with a toss up between roast lamb.

I would cut it and show you the inside but it is for tomorrow nights picnic at The Hunter Valley Gardens Light Display.

Will post a cut slice tomorrow night. I'm making Chookies quiche and salads.

You will have to excuse the ancient baking pan - not mine but DH has had (bought second hand for $1) it for over 30yrs and loves it. So do I now.  :)

Looks rather nice Michele.
I have sourdough rising and Chookie's Fig and Walnut rolls cooling. I must be strong and not eat any of them.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We are meeting up with friends, maybe 10-12 of us and they will bring a plate too.

DH's bacon and egg pie is always a hit.
