I have just made this years batch of mini Christmas Panettone. Love them.

I've made another batch of balsamic reduction, several batches of nesquik, beef and beer casserole (with added vegies) for lunch then 4 pies using the leftovers.  I have banana ice-cream in the fridge to churn either later tonight or in the morning.

Yes, it's amazing what you can get done with no interruptions Cookie.  Too tired to do anything more at the moment and thinking of putting another online grocery order on as I need more ingredients before I can go on with more hamper goodies.  It's just a question of how slow the ordering is going to be seeing as Telstra have reduced my speed until the 20th.

That's a nice big bag of bones to get rid of Hally - once you've made the stock that is.  Gosh, I wouldn't have had room in my fridge for something that big.
