Nice looking brownies Michelle.

So far today I have made caramelised onions, pavlova for lunch tomorrow, tuna patties, cookies & cream fudge and still have a fruit mince slice to make.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I've done a Donna Hay one too. Mine is from the weekend magazine with the paper a few weeks ago. They are called Christmas cake Petit Fours. Almonds crushed, mixed with orange zest, orange liqueur, some melted chocolate and then melted chocolate and almonds on top.
I'll post a photo later. (Just waiting to take DH to pick up the new car).
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pork red curry. Not in thermie though - not sure if it would get hot enough to do the initial cooking off of the paste and coconut cream. DH made the paste in the mix yesterday though, and I grated the palm sugar in thermi.

Johnro and mab19, you two have been busy :) Well done!

I ended up with 61 Christmas bikkies. They're for mum's work colleagues tomorrow :)
I also made a potato salad to have with dinner tonight.

I am going home now to crank out a whole lot of fruit mince pies.  I made the fruit mince on Saturday. I just have to make the pastry, assemble and bake them. I will probably make some short bread too. These will all be presents for people at work.  :D
