You people are amazing!! :D

Hally - how will you use up all that stock?  Will you take some away with you?

I bagged it in 500ml packages, still have the last 2 lots to bag tomorrow after I remove the fat. I gave one batch to my neighbours. This stock is great for any beef dish & gravies, it has tomato paste & red wine in, so its a lovely rich stock, dont worry of it will go :) dh said it tasted fab on its own :)

Hally - You actually put the tomato paste and wine into the stock itself?  Would love your method if you ever have the time . .

JD here - Hally posted her beef stock recipe here but I have moved it to non-Thermomix recipes where it will be easier to find down the track

Thanks to Maddy with her oreo pops and her advice to use mint slice or tim tams. I use 1/2 pkt cream cheese to 2 pkts biscuits and then dip in choc, have used both original tim tams as well as white ones - really delicious thanks Maddy  :D   :D

It tastes great, you could  just add meat & veg & it would be yum soup :)

Let me know what you think when you make it.

That stock looks delicious.
I wasn't going to do any baking today, but I had 3 extra kids today and needed something for lunch, so I made two lots of bread scrolls - one with salami and cheese and the other with spinach and fetta. The kids must have been hungry as they demolished them all. I also made some sour dough rolls and a loaf of bread. We weren't very hungry tonight so we all had leftovers. Mind you, I'm looking forward to the last bit of vanilla slice for dessert  :)
