Wow, Chrissa, what lucky special guests you had! Everything looks amazing :D

Today we will be cooking:
Roast Turkey
Roast Pork Fillet
Pasta Salad
Potato Salad
Lemon Syrup Cake
And also finishing off the chocolates and fudge that I made yesterday.

So on Christmas morning we should just have to make the garden salad and the fruit salad, peel the prawns and arrange everything on the table :)

Lasagne for dinner, snack foods for BIL&SIL, they have no fridge ATM so will be stuff that can sit in containers on the bench. Thought nuts & bolts, brownie, choc chip cookies, and other things but not sure what yet,  ???

Thats really nice of you astarra, I'm sure they'll appreciate anything you can whip up for them, especially at this time of year! :D

Just made the stuffing for the turkey. Also coated the peanut butter bon bons. Two jobs down and then remembered I didn't make the ice cream yesterday :-))

Just cooking random things today - fudge, Gingerbread shortbreads, a couple of dips, and pita bread (so far just the dough).

I think it will be good once the silly season is over - the scales are noticing a difference, so i will be on the hunt for healthier foods soon!

Made glaze for ham, roasted the chicken roll and have Jamie's get ahead gravy in oven atm. Smell is awesome. Will make turkey stuffing later and chop up some veg for tomorrow. Got no ideas for tea yet?

Have been making goodies for gifts for friends from all the great recipes shared here.

Now to start on getting organized for tomorrow. :)
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
