It does make the best frittata GF - I love the way it puffs up and is so light. I'm saving my leftover vegies to make one this week.Today I made Chookies apricot & walnut fruit loaf, JulieO's sour cream loaf, farfallina's pilaf rice, my curried tuna, steamed some vegies and cooked Chicken Kiev sausages on the weber for lunch.
