Have 2nd batch turkish bread On 2 nd rise. First batch yum, kids eaten heaps. Too quick for photo!!

Yes many times, but not one that is like this one, I cant wait to taste it. Of course being Neil Perry recipe its not just chopped up & thrown in. Lol


No not busy, too many kids here, they have just eaten heaps, turkish bread, fruit, cake, cheese strawas & soon they will want lunch!!!!

Every 10 mins I get Hally.......


Just about to start the spring rolls for their lunch :)

These are good, took longer than I thought for them to brown, but they have great crunch/crispness when you bite in.

I have to stop now >:(


Oh dear one last thing, cp asked for lasagna, he loves it, so bol sauce on stove :)

This is one of the most requested gratins from my family. I have had this recipe for four or five years and it's always a winner.
Very similar to a Scottish potato and cabbage gratin that was popular in the 70's
We really like it with pork but goes well with any meats.
