Finished off that iced vo vo dessert from the good taste mag

It's so nice  :-*

BIG TIP THOUGH...if you make it.....regarding the marshmallow filling......DON'T ADD THE WHIPPED CREAM as recipe states.
My 2 failed attempts resulted in a mallow filling that resembled pink baby spittle  :-X

I wanted to murder said pink filling  >:(
3rd and final attempt, I simply melted 350g marshmallows, with 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk, and poured it straight into tart shell.....check the difference

.........EAT CAKE!

Maddy... WOW :D :D :D
It looks spectacular!!

I love cooking when I am alone Amy. I enjoy cooking with others too but not so much when I have 4 or 5 little ones around me.
Had to do it when my own were young but now I can pick and choose when I want to do a big cook up.
Also have to fill up the new freezer that DH bought as it only half full  ;D

I wish I had a big freezer to fill up ;D Have a good day in the kitchen MF!! :D

Well done maddy, bit of a disappointment that the recipe needed reworking though -  wonder if anyone contacted the magazine and told them of the problems.

Maddy that looks wonderful. Well done.

I have Dan Lepards sour cream bread rising with a few alterations in the flour.

I made Hally's zucchini scrolls for lunch today as my zucchini's are ripening. They were yummy.
