Have made cranberry & choc cookies, got bread dough rising, and some muesli bar slice in the oven.  I love my TMX - all that and Ive only been in the kitchen about 1/2 an hour.
Off outside to enjoy the sunshine and plant some basil & coriander seeds while everything cooks/rises.  ;D

Oh wow Snappy, that cake looks great!

I start work tomorrow in a new job so I'm madly trying to cook lots of meals to make this week easier....
Chelsea's Beef Strog
Lasagne
Zucchini Slice
Quiche Lorraine
Beef Risotto
Thank goodness for thermomix, there's no way we would have all of the meals prepared in advance without it....and when my pressure cooker arrives this week I'll be all set!

Well done Jamberie and good luck with the new job.  Are you going to spend every Sunday cooking up a week's worth of meals?

Good luck Jamberie. What year level?

Everyone has been very busy. I've done bread and was thinking about a bit more then DD decided to bake. So I had a nanny nap.

Chelsea's beef strog, fruit buns and EDC fettuccine. Special mention on how easy and yummy the fettuccine was to make and eat ;D

Thanks for the positive vibes everyone  :)

Well done Jamberie and good luck with the new job.  Are you going to spend every Sunday cooking up a week's worth of meals?

Maybe, I'd like to, but....probably not! I just wanted to have lunches and dinners for the first week or two sorted, so I can slowly get back into routine. DD will also be going to daycare for one day a week for the first time, so I'm going to try to make things as smooth as possible.

Good luck Jamberie. What year level?

Good luck with your first week jamberie!  It gives you so much breathing space if you have a couple of meals in the freezer for those crazy nights after work!

School goes back this week, so I have made a batch of the no fuss rolls with chia seeds and frozen most of them. I have also made a batch of vanilla icecream  and we had some for dessert with my chocolate zuchhini brownies.
